About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Senior Supervisor to lead software development projects, supervise technical teams, and drive modern tech solutions including AI/LLM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead software development projects from planning through production release.Design and maintain scalable, secure software architecture.Supervise, mentor, and elevate the technical capabilities of the development team.Oversee hands-on AI/LLM integration into core software products.Manage CI/CD pipelines, production deployments, and optimize system performance.Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to map business goals into technical deliverables.Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of overall software development experience.3+ years in a leadership, technical lead, or supervisory role.Deep hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET ecosystem.Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.Solid exposure to modern front-end frameworks (React or Angular).Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern architectural patterns.Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is highly preferred.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written).
