Application Service ManagerOn behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for a Application Service ManagerRole: Application Service ManagerEnd: 12 months contract + extensionLocation: Riyadh, occasional onsite travel required Language: ArabicKey ResponsibilitiesActing as an Application Service Manager for Cloud Application Services (CAS) customers according to the following tasks:Creation and maintenance of operation and processes from customer aiming engagement excellenceCAS Execution Plan Creation & MaintenanceOrchestrate unified communication with involved teamsManaging the CAS engagement across the customer lifecycle (Transition, Onboarding, Operations & Offboarding)Ensuring a successful service execution with regular oversight on key business metrics (margin, revenue, consumption and c-sat)Promote service quality excellence and one-stop shop CAS experienceDrive engagement and alignment with other SAP Stakeholders (ECS, Premium Engagement, Professional Services etc.) to provide one unified, harmonious customer experienceBe proactive in identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, adoption and suggest potential improvements to the customer, with extensive SAP applications knowledge.Driving CAS engagement as trailblazer and up-sell SAP’s products and service portfolioIf you are interested and available, please send your CV for immediate consideration.
