Application Specialist (Sonographer)Emerging Global Technologies United Arab Emirates | Full-timeTravel across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC marketsImmediate openingAbout the roleEGT MEA is seeking a clinically experienced Application Specialist to help healthcare professionals adopt and get the most from our clinical imaging AI solutions across radiology, ultrasound, mammography, cardiology, and other imaging modalities.You will connect system deployment with everyday clinical use through end-user onboarding, hands-on training, workflow support, and ongoing customer engagement. This role involves working closely with radiologists, cardiologists, sonographers, hospital IT teams, and our sales and technical teams.Key responsibilitiesDeliver hands-on application training to radiologists, cardiologists, and sonographers following system deployment.Develop and maintain structured training programs, user guides, quick-reference materials, and onboarding documentation.Support go-live and post-installation activities, coordinating with sales and technical teams to help customers transition smoothly to productive use.Assess clinical workflows at customer sites and tailor training to their needs.Act as the primary contact for post-sale clinical queries, escalating technical issues and following through on resolution.Monitor customer adoption and satisfaction, identifying and addressing barriers to effective use.Support product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions with clinical expertise and an end-user perspective.Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and business development opportunities.Stay current on portfolio updates, clinical features, and integration capabilities, coordinating with vendors and OEM partners on training and best practices.Required qualifications and skillsBachelor’s degree in Sonography or a related clinical field.At least 2 years of experience in clinical applications, training, or customer success within healthcare technology or medical imaging.Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: ultrasound systems, echocardiography, breast/thyroid imaging, AI-driven diagnostic solutions, RIS/PACS, or similar healthcare IT platforms.Strong understanding of clinical imaging workflows and the ability to communicate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to train healthcare professionals at all levels.A patient, methodical, and customer-focused approach to training and problem-solving.Willingness to travel across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC markets as required.Preferred qualificationsPrevious experience as a Sonographer or Ultrasound Applications Trainer.Familiarity with AI-assisted diagnostic tools in radiology or cardiology, such as mammography AI, lung nodule detection, or cardiac AI.Experience with a healthcare IT distributor, OEM, or medical device company.Arabic language proficiency.A valid driving licence.Certification or formal training in instructional design, e-learning, or clinical education.ApplyIf you combine clinical imaging expertise with a passion for training and supporting healthcare professionals, we’d love to hear from you.
