Application Support Engineer (Junior, Mid, Senior)

About MoOngyFounded in 2005, MoOngy is an international group specialized in Engineering and IT, operating across Europe and North Africa.With a presence in 14 countries, more than 40 entities, and 9,500 talents, we continue to grow everyday thanks to one simple thing: people who are genuinely passionate about technology and innovation.The Role: Application Support Engineer (French Speaker is a plus)📍 Location: Lisbon🏢🏠 Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office💰🏦 Sector: Financial Services🗣️ Languages: French (C1) & English (B2)✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there🧑 Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)Experience in Production Support / RUN Operations (L2) within critical production environments;Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server;Experience with batch scheduling and monitoring tools (Control-M or similar);Experience in incident management, troubleshooting and operational support;Knowledge of middleware technologies (Tomcat, Apache, JBoss/WildFly);Experience with CI/CD tools, scripting (Bash/Shell) and ServiceNow.Nice to have:Experience in a financial context, preferably Leasing;French level B1+ or higher;Experience with cloud, containerization and infrastructure technologies such as AWS, GCP, OpenStack, Kubernetes, ArgoCD or Terraform;Knowledge of monitoring, observability and identity management solutions (Dynatrace, Prometheus, LDAP, Keycloak).

Responsibilities
