For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Support & OperationsProvide first-line support for assigned payment and card processing applications Manage support requests, incidents, service tickets, and problem records in a timely manner.Monitor application health and proactively identify potential service disruptions.Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs.Maintain system availability and ensure continuity of business-critical payment services.Coordinate with infrastructure, network, database, security, and vendor teams for issue resolution.Payments & Cards SupportSupport card acquiring, e-commerce, digital payment, and merchant acquiring solutions.Analyze payment transaction flows and investigate transaction failures, settlement issues, and payment processing discrepancies.Support merchant onboarding and payment gateway integrations.Troubleshoot transaction-level issues across payment channels and interfaces.Assist in testing, and deployment activities related to payment applications.Application Deadline: 30th -September-2026Privacy Note:https://www.tcs.com/connect-with-tcs/privacy-policy
