Application Support (ETRM)

We are working with a well-established trading firm in Singapore that is looking to strengthen its trading systems / ETRM support function. This is a strong opportunity for candidates with hands-on trading systems exposure who are keen to build long-term expertise supporting front-to-back commodity trading operations.Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support for the ETRM / trading platform to ensure smooth and stable system operationsTroubleshoot trade booking, system, interface, and data-related issues raised by Trading, Risk, Operations, and Finance usersSupport accurate trade capture and ensure data integrity across the trading lifecycleMonitor daily batch processes, system jobs, interfaces, and reconciliations to ensure timely completionMaintain and support market data feeds, price curves, reference data, and system configurations where requiredAssist with investigation of P&L, risk, settlement, and reporting-related discrepancies linked to system dataLiaise with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, escalate issues, and coordinate fixesSupport system enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, and testing activities including UATGather user requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance trading workflows and controlsPrepare documentation including issue logs, process notes, and test scenarios where requiredRequirements:Degree in Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline with approximately 4-5 years relevant experienceFamiliarity with trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, pricing, market data, risk, P&L, settlements, and reportingExperience supporting users in a fast-paced trading environment with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilitiesExposure to system enhancement projects, testing, or implementation work would be advantageousStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both business users and technical stakeholders effectivelyHow to Apply:Submit your application by emailing a detailed copy of your updated Resume in MS Word Format to Tiffany Dorjpalam (EA Personnel Reg.
