The role involves working with Linux, Middleware, and Databases, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system operations. Basic knowledge of Java and experience in production support are required.Key Requirements5–8 years of experience in Application Support / Production Support / Middleware Support.Good experience in Linux/Unix.Hands-on experience with Middleware technologies.Good knowledge of Database / SQL, preferably Oracle.Basic knowledge of Java.Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Experience working in an enterprise environment.
