Here, you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity while taking on challenging tasks involving programming, DUT board design, and test system buy-off, working closely with both internal teams and customers.We are a close-knit team looking for collaborative individuals who are students at heart and teachers within the team.Together, we will transform ideas into reality.Here is where you will come in:As an Applications Engineer at Aemulus, you won’t just be another link in the process—you’ll be one of the key players helping shape it.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring Aemulus test systems to life, supporting projects from concept and development through implementation and customer support. Your role bridges technical expertise, customer engagement, and innovation, making you an important part of delivering high-performance semiconductor test solutions that meet real-world customer needs.Responsibilities:Provide technical engineering support during both pre-sales and post-sales phases, assisting Aemulus Sales & Marketing teams and directly engaging with customer.Work with customers on device test development, from early planning to production test interfacing, including hardware (DUT/test boards) and software solutions.Develop and support test programs, test setups, and system configurations based on customer and application requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve customer and system issues by identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions or workarounds.Collaborate with internal R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to support current and future product features based on market and customer needs.Travel to customer sites, locally and internationally, for system installation, test commissioning, troubleshooting, and on-site technical support.Provide technical feedback to the design team to support product enhancements and contribute to future product roadmap planning.Develop demo kits and demonstration solutions, including sales tools, development programs, and interactive presentations to showcase product capabilities.Create and maintain technical collaterals, includingdatasheets, application notes, user guides, training manuals, and demonstration materials.Provide technical training and knowledge sharing to customers and internal teams where required.Take ownership beyond task execution by actively shaping outcomes, driving issues to closure, and contributing to the direction of technical solutions.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.1–3 years of relevant working experience in a related field (semiconductor test, hardware/software engineering, applications engineering, etc.).Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior Applications Engineer roles.Solid knowledge of digital and analog circuits/systems.Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C#, or C++.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive issues to closure.Experience to hardware and board-level design is an advantage.Exposure to the semiconductor manufacturing and test environment is advantageous.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and customers.Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal); Mandarin is essential for effective communication with customers in China and Taiwan.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willing and able to travel locally and internationally for customer and project support.Possess own transport.
