We're looking for an ambitious developer who wants to help us build what's next — and accelerate their own career along the way.About the RoleYou'll join our technology team with an initial focus on developing and launching new AI-driven products and capabilities.This is a hands-on role. You'll research emerging technologies, prototype solutions, build integrations and work with our team to move ideas into production quickly.Over time, your role will expand into our broader technology environment, with opportunities to contribute across product development, integrations, infrastructure and the continued evolution of the Ribit platform.We're looking for someone who sees joining a growing technology company as an opportunity to learn faster, take on more and accelerate their career.What You'll Do· Build and prototype new AI-powered products and features.· Work with emerging generative AI technologies across text, image, voice and automation.· Integrate AI models, APIs and third-party technologies into real-world applications.· Develop backend functionality, APIs and software integrations.· Research emerging technologies and quickly determine how they can be applied.· Test, iterate and continuously improve what you build.· Collaborate with our development and product teams to take ideas from concept to production.· Contribute to our broader software platform as your knowledge and experience grow.· Gain exposure to cloud infrastructure, deployment and scalable application development.· Take on increasing ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate your capabilities.Who You AreYou're extremely driven. You want to develop your career quickly and earn greater responsibility based on what you can accomplish.What We're Looking For· Education, training or practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.· Software development experience gained through professional roles, internships, education or substantial independent projects.· Experience with one or more modern programming languages and development frameworks.· Understanding of APIs, databases and modern web application development.· Exposure to generative AI, large language models or AI APIs.· Strong technical problem-solving and research abilities.· Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.· Strong communication and collaboration skills.We're open to candidates at different stages of their careers who are looking for an environment where they can move faster and take on more.Experience That Would Be an Asset· Generative AI and large language models· AI model and API integration· Prompt engineering and AI workflows· Image or voice generation technologies· Modern backend languages and frameworks· REST APIs and third-party integrations· SQL and relational databases· Cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS· Docker, Kubernetes or other containerized deployment environments· SaaS and web application development· Building and deploying production applicationsYou don't need to check every box.
