Applied Analytics and AI Manager

Grow Beyond UR Job with URC!Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an Applied Analytics and AI Manager who will be responsible for driving data-led decision-making by transforming complex business challenges into high-impact analytical solutions that support growth and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, generate insights, and enable smarter, faster decisions through advanced analytics and predictive modeling. Working within a modern data ecosystem, you will contribute in building scalable, future-ready data capabilities while ensuring the organization maximizes value from its data assets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, validate & deploy AI and ML models for demand forecasting, price/promo, market-share and ordering — the OGSM growth levers.Productionize models on Databricks with MLflow; partner with engineers on feature pipelines.Frame business problems with BUs and quantify value; design & run experiments (A/B testing).Power Command Center predictive features and the smart-ordering use cases (2027–28 roadmap).Champion MLOps: model registry, monitoring, drift detection and retraining.

Qualifications
