The ABAT will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a certified behavior analyst or clinician, working directly with clients in clinic settings. Daily tasks include collecting and recording behavioral data, supporting skill acquisition in areas such as communication, social skills, and daily living, and assisting in reducing challenging behaviors through evidence-based strategies.
