We build outbound systems for recruitment agencies in the UK and US. Your job is to run LinkedIn on behalf of our clients. Connections, engagement, conversations, booked calls.We give you the framework, the cadence and the messaging playbook. You follow it properly and ask good questions instead of pitching at people.Day to day:Send connections from our daily lists.Engage with prospects' posts.Run DM conversations using our question-led framework.Book meetings into the client's calendar and log everything.What you need:Genuinely sharp written English.Proof you've set B2B appointments before (recruitment industry a big plus).The discipline to follow a playbook without drifting.You update the tracker without being chased.Pay: $1,000 a month base plus $50 for every meeting that shows. Uncapped. 15 shows is $1,750. Good setters here clear $2,000+.Hiring process: short application, a mock DM exercise on a real prospect profile, then a paid trial week.
