This role involves reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce the company’s digital marketing and web development services. The Appointment Setter will qualify leads, explain service offerings such as SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and web design, and schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on inbound and outbound leads, and coordinating calendar availability. The role also requires collaborating with marketing and sales colleagues to refine outreach scripts, improve conversion rates, and ensure a professional, service-oriented experience for all prospects.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills, including calendar coordination and follow-up.Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, with experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects for digital marketing services.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to present services confidently.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in all client interactions.Prior experience in digital marketing agencies or selling SEO, Google Ads, social media, or web development services is highly beneficial.Familiarity with CRM systems, basic sales workflows, and appointment-setting tools is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.Digital Marketing services selling Experience required
