Our growth is creating great opportunities!Below Is The Job Description For Open PositionResponsibilitiesSupport the Legal team in the preparation, review and follow-up of legal documents and contracts.Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries on relevant legal topics.Assist with contract management, filing and maintaining legal records.Support the preparation of legal correspondence and internal documentation.Assist with corporate and administrative legal matters.Support compliance activities and regulatory monitoring.Maintain and update legal databases, trackers and documentation.Assist in preparing materials for meetings with internal and external stakeholders.Support the Legal team with ad-hoc projects and requests.Assist with the digitalization of the legal department (Cycle life management)Support with the CSRD (collection of datas, etc..)Coordinate and support our Vitality program and sustainability roadmapQualificationCurrently pursuing & enrolled in Masters / Bachelors degree in Legal, Business Law, Compliance, or related degreeStrong interest in legal, compliance, sustainability, and corporate matters.Good analytical and organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.Comfortable working with documents, data, and digital tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international environmentFluent in English & French
