The company continues to expand its impact by partnering with institutions and learners across India.Role Description The Aptitude Lecturer will deliver engaging classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students preparing for campus placements. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and structuring lesson content, creating practice questions and assessments, and explaining problem-solving techniques in a clear and student-friendly manner. The lecturer will monitor learner progress, provide individual feedback, and conduct doubt-clearing sessions to strengthen conceptual understanding. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to update content based on changing placement patterns and exam requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.QualificationsStrong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic data interpretation, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Effective classroom delivery skills, including clear communication, presentation, and the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.Experience in creating teaching materials such as lesson plans, practice sets, mock tests, and explanatory solutions.Comfort with using digital tools for presentations, content sharing, and tracking student performance.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field; higher qualifications are an advantage.Prior experience in aptitude training, test prep, or campus placement coaching is highly preferred.Strong analytical thinking, patience, and a learner-centric approach to teaching.Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and maintain flexible schedules aligned with academic and training calendars.
