The organization is recognized for its agility and purpose-driven innovation, offering professionals opportunities to contribute to impactful, long-term initiatives in the education and training space.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aptitude/Logical Reasoning Trainer role located in Tamil Nadu, India, under a Semester Training Project. The trainer will design and deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and related test-preparation topics for students. Daily responsibilities include creating lesson plans and practice materials, conducting interactive training sessions, assessing learner performance through tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The role also involves coordinating with academic coordinators, addressing learner queries, and supporting students in developing problem-solving, analytical, and exam-taking strategies throughout the semester.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear classroom delivery and effective learner engagement.Demonstrated Training and Teaching experience, preferably in aptitude, logical reasoning, or test-prep environments.Customer Service orientation to support student needs, respond to queries, and maintain a positive learning environment.Basic Sales and promotional skills to participate in academic outreach, demo sessions, or counseling as required.Solid quantitative and logical reasoning abilities, with familiarity with competitive exam patterns (e.g., campus placements, aptitude tests).Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or Education is an advantage.Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in local languages of Tamil Nadu is beneficial.Strong classroom management, time management, and curriculum planning skills.Comfort with using digital tools for content creation, presentations, and student performance tracking.
