Through this blend of skill development and storytelling, Hnaya Skills helps learners become job-ready, startups gain momentum, and companies drive lasting impact.Role Description The Aptitude Trainer will deliver engaging online training sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving to students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing lesson plans, creating practice questions and assessments, conducting interactive workshops, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The trainer will collaborate with the Learning and Development team to align content with career readiness objectives, track learner progress, and continuously refine training materials based on outcomes. Responsibilities also include occasionally supporting communication and employability skill sessions, contributing to curriculum updates, and participating in internal review meetings. This is a full-time remote role.Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience.Candidates should possess strong skills in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and problem-solving.Candidates should possess skills in curriculum design, lesson planning, and creating practice tests and assessments.Candidates should possess classroom management, online facilitation, and learner engagement skills for diverse groups.Candidates should possess clear communication, presentation, and English language skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.Candidates should possess skills in using digital tools for remote training, such as video conferencing platforms, learning management systems, and basic office software.Relevant experience in aptitude training, test preparation (e.g., campus placements, competitive exams), or Learning and Development is beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus on mathematics, engineering, management, or education, is beneficial.Exposure to campus hiring processes, corporate training environments, or employability skills programs is an advantage.
