The company is committed to empowering learners with practical, industry-relevant training and mentorship.Role Description The Aptitude Trainer – Jodhpur will deliver engaging, classroom-based training sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to college students and job seekers. This full-time, on-site role in Jodhpur involves planning lesson content, designing practice exercises, and using assessments to track learner progress. The trainer will clarify concepts, solve problems step-by-step, and guide learners on test-taking strategies for campus placements and competitive exams. Responsibilities include creating and updating training materials, collaborating with academic coordinators and placement teams, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role also involves occasionally conducting workshops, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions to support learners’ placement outcomes.QualificationsStrong quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the capability to teach these concepts clearly and systematically.Excellent classroom delivery, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.Experience designing lesson plans, practice questions, and assessment tools for aptitude or test-prep training.Comfort with using digital tools (slides, online resources, basic learning platforms) to enhance classroom learning.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in engineering, mathematics, commerce, or related fields is an advantage.Prior experience as an aptitude trainer, test-prep faculty, or placement training mentor is highly desirable.Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, manage schedules effectively, and collaborate with college and internal stakeholders.Passion for teaching, mentoring students, and supporting their placement and career goals.
