Joining FACE Prep means contributing to a mission-driven team that impacts learners worldwide.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aptitude Trainer role based in Visakhapatnam. The Aptitude Trainer will deliver classroom training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to college students and job seekers. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practice questions and mock tests, evaluating student performance, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The role involves using engaging teaching methods, managing classroom interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve training content and outcomes. The trainer will also participate in workshops, bootcamps, and placement-oriented programs as required.Qualifications Strong skills in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and systematically.Effective classroom delivery skills, including presentation, public speaking, and engaging instructional techniques.Ability to design practice material, mock tests, and structured lesson plans aligned with placement preparation needs.Proficiency in using digital tools (slides, online assessment platforms, learning management systems) to support teaching and evaluation.Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.Previous experience as an aptitude trainer, test-prep faculty, or educator in placement or competitive exam training is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Education, or a related field; higher qualifications are a plus.Strong mentoring attitude, patience, and the ability to work with diverse student groups and academic institutions.Willingness to work on-site in Visakhapatnam and travel occasionally for workshops or institutional engagements if required.
