FACE Prep Campus is committed to helping students build employable skills and launch successful careers through structured, industry-focused education.Role Description The Aptitude Trainer 17th will deliver classroom-based training on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to undergraduate students at FACE Prep Campus. This full-time, on-site role in Vishakhapatnam involves planning and conducting interactive sessions, preparing lesson plans and practice materials, and evaluating student performance through tests and assignments. The trainer will clarify concepts, solve problems step-by-step, and mentor students to improve their test-taking strategies and confidence for campus placements and competitive exams. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with academic coordinators to refine training content, tracking learner progress, and providing regular feedback to help students meet learning outcomes.Qualifications Strong command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the capability to explain concepts clearly and systematically.Experience in classroom training or teaching, preferably in aptitude training, test preparation, or campus recruitment coaching.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of students and manage classroom dynamics.Good instructional design and lesson planning skills, including creating practice questions, assessments, and study materials.Comfort with using basic digital tools for presentations, content sharing, and tracking student performance.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Engineering, Mathematics, Management, or Education is an advantage.Prior experience working with college students and familiarity with campus placement processes is beneficial.Strong mentoring attitude, patience, and a learner-centric approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within an academic environment.
