The trainer will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to college and university students. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practice questions and tests, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support learning outcomes. The role also involves conducting mock assessments, mentoring students for campus placements, collaborating with academic coordinators, and continuously updating training material to reflect current recruitment and exam patterns. The Aptitude Trainer is expected to maintain a professional classroom environment, track progress reports, and participate in faculty meetings and internal training sessions.QualificationsStrong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and step-by-step.Experience in classroom training or coaching for competitive exams, campus placements, or aptitude tests.Effective communication and presentation skills, including confident public speaking and learner-focused facilitation.Good planning and organizational skills to design lesson plans, manage schedules, and track student performance.Comfort with basic digital tools used for presentations, assessments, and student progress tracking.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, commerce, or related fields is an advantage.Prior experience working with college students or in an academic setting is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and be flexible to conduct sessions as per institutional timetables.
