Applicants will be joining a mission-driven team that enables learners to secure top-paying roles in technology.Role Description The Aptitude Trainer (Vizag) will deliver high-quality aptitude training sessions focused on quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability topics to college students and job seekers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, involving classroom instruction, doubt-clearing sessions, and periodic assessments to track learner progress. The trainer will design and update lesson plans, practice questions, and mock tests aligned with current placement and competitive exam patterns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interactive sessions, providing constructive feedback, mentoring learners on exam strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery. The role also involves occasional workshops, seminars, and collaboration on curriculum improvement based on learner performance and industry trends.Qualifications Strong quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability skills to teach and mentor learners effectively.Ability to design structured lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests tailored to placement and competitive exam requirements.Excellent classroom facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.Comfort using digital tools for content delivery, assessments, and learner tracking; familiarity with online teaching platforms is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields are preferred.Prior experience as an aptitude trainer, test prep faculty, or placement trainer is highly beneficial.Strong mentoring attitude, patience, and the ability to motivate learners from varied academic backgrounds.Willingness to work from the Coimbatore campus and travel occasionally for workshops or training engagements if required.
