Joining FACE Prep offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful career-building initiatives for aspiring tech professionals.Role Description The Aptitude Trainer will deliver high-quality classroom training focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students preparing for placements and competitive exams. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and structuring lesson content, conducting interactive sessions, explaining concepts using practical examples, and guiding learners through problem-solving techniques. The trainer will assess student performance through tests, provide constructive feedback, and support learners with doubt clarification and exam strategies. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to update training material and maintain alignment with current industry and recruitment trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanyakumari district.Qualifications Strong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the capacity to break down complex concepts into simple, clear explanations.Experience in classroom teaching or training, particularly in aptitude or placement preparation, with effective use of examples, activities, and assessments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.Ability to design or adapt learning materials, practice questions, and mock tests to suit different learner levels and placement requirements.Comfort with basic digital tools for content creation and delivery (slides, online resources, test platforms) and willingness to adopt new teaching methods.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in engineering, mathematics, statistics, management, or education are an advantage.Strong mentoring mindset, patience, and enthusiasm for helping students build confidence and secure employment in the tech sector.Prior experience with campus recruitment training, competitive exam coaching, or corporate training is beneficial.
