The team is committed to delivering high-impact learning experiences that improve employability and career outcomes.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aptitude Trainer role based in Jaipur. The Aptitude Trainer will conduct classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability for college students and job seekers. The role involves preparing lesson plans, creating and updating training materials, and delivering engaging, concept-driven lectures and practice sessions. The trainer will assess learner performance through tests, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in improving their placement readiness. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to refine course content, participating in workshops or bootcamps, and maintaining a professional, learner-centered environment.Qualifications Strong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and solve problems step-by-step.Solid verbal ability and English language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, and communication for test preparation.Effective classroom delivery and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage diverse learner groups and manage time and sessions efficiently.Curriculum planning and content creation skills, including designing practice questions, tests, and learning resources aligned to placement exams.Comfort with basic technology tools (presentations, online resources, learning platforms) to support teaching and learner engagement.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related fields is an advantage.Interest in training and mentoring students, with a learner-centric mindset and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.Entry-level applicants and immediate joiners in Jaipur are welcome; prior teaching or coaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
