This strong industry connection provides trainers with an opportunity to make a tangible impact on learners’ career outcomes.Role Description The Aptitude Trainer (Immediate Joiner) will deliver high-quality classroom training focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students preparing for campus placements and tech job assessments. This full-time role is on-site in Jaipur and involves planning and conducting interactive sessions, creating and updating training materials, and using practical examples and problem-solving exercises to improve students’ performance. The trainer will assess learners through tests, quizzes, and practice sessions, provide constructive feedback, and continuously track their progress. The role also includes collaborating with academic and placement teams to align training with current recruitment trends, participating in workshops or bootcamps, and supporting students with doubt clarification and exam strategies.QualificationsStrong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into simple, teachable steps.Excellent verbal ability and English language skills, including clarity of communication and a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.Demonstrated classroom training or teaching experience, preferably in aptitude training, test prep, or campus placement coaching.Ability to design lesson plans, practice questions, and assessments that are engaging, structured, and aligned with current recruitment patterns.Effective presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills to manage large student groups and maintain learner engagement.Comfort with basic technology tools (presentation software, online testing platforms, learning management systems) to support training delivery.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, or management is an advantage.Strong mentoring attitude, patience, and the ability to motivate diverse learners toward defined performance goals.Willingness to join immediately and work full time on-site in Jaipur, with flexibility for workshops, bootcamps, and peak training schedules.
