The Aptitude Trainer will deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to college students and job seekers. Responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, creating teaching materials, conducting practice tests, and providing detailed feedback to improve learner performance. The trainer will monitor student progress, clarify doubts, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles. The role also involves coordinating with academic and placement teams to align training content with current recruitment trends and assessment patterns.QualificationsStrong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps.Experience in classroom training or corporate training, preferably in aptitude, test prep, campus placements, or competitive exams.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.Comfort with using digital tools (presentations, online practice platforms, learning management systems) to support teaching and assessment.Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline; degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or Education are an advantage.Ability to work full-time on-site in Jodhpur, with flexibility to handle multiple batches, intensive training schedules, and periodic evaluation cycles.Strong interest in mentoring students, understanding hiring trends, and staying updated on aptitude test patterns used by major recruiters.Prior experience with campus recruitment training or association with placement-focused organizations is a plus.
