The Aptitude Trainer will deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to college students and early-career professionals preparing for placements. Responsibilities include designing and structuring lesson plans, creating practice questions and tests, and using clear explanations and problem-solving techniques to improve learner performance. The trainer will regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles. The role also involves coordinating with the academic team for scheduling, reporting outcomes, and continually upgrading content to align with current campus hiring and assessment trends.Qualifications Strong command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Effective classroom delivery skills, including clear communication, presentation, and facilitation of interactive learning.Experience designing training content, practice questions, and assessments for campus placements or competitive exams.Ability to analyze student performance data and provide targeted feedback and mentoring.Comfort working with on-site teaching schedules, including workshops, bootcamps, and intensive training programs.Proficiency in English; Hindi language skills are an advantage for local learner engagement.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, or management is preferred.Prior experience as an aptitude trainer, test-prep faculty, or placement trainer is highly desirable.Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine interest in helping learners succeed in placements.Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on hiring patterns, test formats, and industry requirements.
