The company is committed to delivering practical, outcome-oriented training that improves employability and career growth.Role Description The Aptitude Trainer - Jaipur will deliver classroom-based training sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability for students preparing for campus placements and competitive exams. This on-site, full-time role involves designing lesson plans, creating practice questions and assessments, and using interactive teaching methods to explain concepts clearly and effectively. The trainer will monitor learner progress, provide individualized feedback, and conduct periodic tests to evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement. The role includes collaborating with the academic team to update content based on industry trends, participating in workshops and bootcamps, and maintaining training quality and consistency. The position is based at FACE Prep’s training location in Jaipur and may require occasional travel to partner institutes in the region.Qualifications Strong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic data interpretation, with the ability to break down complex problems into simple, teachable steps.Excellent communication and presentation skills, including clear English language skills and the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.Experience in classroom training, coaching, or mentoring students for campus placements, competitive exams, or similar assessments.Ability to design practice material, tests, and lesson plans, and to use modern teaching aids (slides, digital tools, online platforms) effectively.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or related fields is an advantage.Strong classroom management skills, patience, and an enthusiasm for working with students from varied academic backgrounds.Comfort with basic computer applications, online learning tools, and maintaining learner performance records.Prior experience with placement training companies, test-prep organizations, or corporate training will be considered a plus.
