The Aptitude Trainer will deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to college students and early-career professionals preparing for placements. Responsibilities include planning and structuring lesson content, creating practice questions and assessments, and providing clear explanations of problem-solving techniques. The trainer will regularly evaluate learner performance, offer constructive feedback, and support learners through doubt-clearing sessions. The role also involves coordinating with the academic team to align training content with placement requirements and contributing to continuous improvement of training materials.QualificationsStrong proficiency in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the ability to break down concepts into simple, teachable steps.Experience in classroom training, mentoring, or coaching, preferably in aptitude training, test prep, or campus placement preparation.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in addressing groups and facilitating interactive sessions.Ability to design practice questions, assessments, and learning materials tailored to different learner levels.Comfort working with college students and early-career learners, with a learner-centric and inclusive approach to teaching.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and clarity in explanations.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields is an advantage.Familiarity with campus recruitment processes and major placement exams (e.g., aptitude tests used by IT services and product companies) is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage schedules efficiently, and collaborate with academic and operations teams.
