The team is driven by a mission to make high-quality career preparation accessible and impactful for students across diverse backgrounds.Role Description The Aptitude Trainer will deliver engaging, high-quality classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to college students preparing for campus placements. In this full-time on-site role based in Jodhpur, the trainer will plan lesson content, design practice questions and assessments, and adapt teaching methods to suit different learner levels. Responsibilities include clarifying concepts, solving problems step-by-step, providing constructive feedback, and tracking learner progress. The trainer will collaborate with academic coordinators and other trainers to refine training materials, ensure alignment with current placement patterns, and support workshops, bootcamps, and test preparation initiatives. The role also involves mentoring students on test-taking strategies, time management, and confidence building for aptitude and placement exams.Qualifications Strong command of quantitative aptitude topics, including arithmetic, algebra, data interpretation, and numerical problem solving.Proficiency in logical reasoning and analytical skills, such as puzzles, critical reasoning, pattern recognition, and decision-making.Solid verbal ability and communication skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and clear classroom communication.Experience in classroom training, facilitation, or teaching, with the ability to manage groups and maintain learner engagement.Familiarity with campus recruitment processes, aptitude test formats, and placement exam patterns used by major IT and tech companies.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or management is an advantage.Comfort with using digital tools for presentations, practice tests, and tracking student performance.Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, maintain a structured training schedule, and collaborate effectively with academic and operations teams.Prior experience as an aptitude trainer or test-prep instructor is preferred but not mandatory for highly capable candidates.
