The environment is collaborative and mission-driven, focused on improving student employability and career readiness.Role Description The Aptitude Trainer (Vizag) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Visakhapatnam (Vishakhapatnam), responsible for training college students in quantitative, logical, and verbal aptitude skills. The trainer designs and delivers classroom sessions, practice workshops, and mock tests to help students prepare for campus placements and competitive assessments. The role involves creating and updating training materials, question banks, and assessments aligned with current recruitment patterns and industry standards. The trainer provides feedback and performance insights to learners, coordinates with college stakeholders and internal teams, and participates in academic planning and review meetings. This position requires consistent classroom interaction, student mentoring, and active contribution to improving training effectiveness across partner campuses.Qualifications Strong quantitative aptitude skills (arithmetic, algebra, data interpretation, and logical reasoning) with the ability to simplify concepts for diverse learner groups.Excellent verbal ability and communication skills, including proficiency in English, presentation skills, and classroom delivery.Experience in training, teaching, or coaching students for campus placements, competitive exams, or aptitude tests.Ability to design structured lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments, and to use feedback data to improve training outcomes.Comfort with basic digital tools (presentation software, online testing platforms, spreadsheets) for content delivery and performance tracking.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate learners, manage classrooms, and collaborate with academic and placement teams.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, or management is an advantage.Prior experience in aptitude training or test-prep organizations is preferred; familiarity with campus recruitment processes is beneficial.
