Job Title: Aquaculture Academy Lead (Operational)Location: Ilorin, Kwara StateWork Schedule: Full-Time | On-siteAre you an experienced Training/Academy Operations professional who can take ownership of an entire learning programme — from planning and curriculum coordination to delivery, logistics, evaluation and continuous improvement?Our client is seeking an Aquaculture Academy Lead (Operational) to oversee the day-to-day operations and end-to-end delivery of its Aquaculture Academy in Ilorin.What You'll Be Responsible For* Lead the day-to-day operations of the Academy and ensure smooth programme delivery.* Develop and manage the training calendar, operating plans and programme schedules.* Oversee the complete training cycle — from needs assessment and planning to delivery, evaluation and follow-up.* Coordinate facilitators, technical experts, participants, training materials, facilities and programme logistics.* Coordinate the development and standardisation of training content, modules and learning materials.* Manage participant registration, attendance, assessments, certification and learner records.* Monitor training quality, learner outcomes and programme impact, using feedback and data to drive improvements.* Manage programme budgets, resources, equipment and operational costs.* Ensure all training activities meet required safety, biosecurity and compliance standards.* Supervise academy support staff and coordinate effectively with technical, hatchery, farm, veterinary and laboratory teams.What We're Looking For* Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Agriculture, Education, Learning & Development, Business Administration or a related field.* 8+ years' experience in training operations, academy management, technical learning or capability development.* Proven experience managing end-to-end training programmes, facilitators, participants, logistics and budgets.* Strong experience in on-site programme/academy operations and stakeholder coordination.* Exposure to aquaculture, agriculture, technical operations or farmer-capability programmes is strongly preferred.* Strong skills in training programme management, curriculum coordination, learning evaluation, resource planning and reporting.* Postgraduate qualification in Aquaculture, Education, Training Management or Business Administration is an advantage.Know someone who can take ownership of an entire Academy operation?
