This is done through intense focus on curriculum, appropriate technology to complement learning and achieving, and training of professionals to guide learners and athletes.Summary of positionWe are looking for someone who is passionate about educating children through sports.As a Learn to Swim Coach you will be required to coach Swim PE classes and Learn to Swim classes to children age 3 and above. You will report to the General Manager and be part of our passionate team and community of coaches.ResponsibilitiesCoach Learn to Swim students according our Epic Swim curriculumCoach Swim Physical Education students according our Epic Swim curriculumAttend Epic Swim's in-house training program and attach to senior coaches prior to coaching independentlyProvide timely feedback to parents on the progress of their child, and record student logAttend regular workshops and courses, and use the learnings to continuously improve coaching skillsFulfil administrative tasks related to the program; e.g. meet entries, attendance report, student performance tracking, and minutes of attended workshopsMaintain a professional image as an ambassador of the Epic Swim brandParticipate actively in our coaches communityRequirementsNo Swim Coaching Experience needed!Passion for sports. Swim experience preferred but not required as all training will be providedPassion for teaching young children with the ability to take care of them.Demonstrated team player with an open mindset to learning and improvingFluent in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skillsRequired to attend Epic Swim's in-house training program and fulfill 60 hours of coaching practical attachment.
