The club’s friendly professional staff is dedicated to helping members reach their fitness and wellness goals in a relaxed, welcoming environment.Role Description The Aquatics Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Montrose, NY, responsible for overseeing all aquatic operations and programs at Premier Athletic Club. This role includes managing indoor and outdoor pool schedules, coordinating swim lessons and youth aquatics programs, and ensuring that lifeguard coverage meets safety standards at all times. The Aquatics Director will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise aquatics staff, monitor water safety and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and promoting aquatics programming, handling member inquiries and feedback, maintaining records related to pool operations and staff certifications, and collaborating with other departments to support club-wide events and initiatives. The role requires a hands-on presence on the pool deck and regular interaction with members, guests, and staff.
