As we expand across Saudi Arabia, we’re looking for a proactive accounting professional who can manage receivables, support collections, and ensure accurate financial records.As an AR Accountant, you will manage customer invoicing, payment tracking, account reconciliations, and collection follow-ups. You will collaborate closely with commercial and operational teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely revenue collection.🔑 What You’ll OwnPrepare and issue accurate customer invoices and credit notesRecord and allocate incoming payments in the accounting systemMonitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue balancesReconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepanciesMaintain accurate accounts receivable records and supporting documentsPrepare aging reports, collection updates, and cash flow forecastsSupport month-end closing and revenue reconciliation activitiesCoordinate with commercial and operations teams on billing mattersAssist with VAT documentation, audits, and financial reporting requirementsHelp improve invoicing and collection processes✅ What You’ll Bring2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accountingBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldSolid understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and collection processesStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyExcellent communication, organization, and follow-up skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systemsAbility to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlinesProactive approach to resolving discrepancies and delayed paymentsFluent in English (Arabic is a plus)🚀 Why Join Us?You’ll be joining a fast-growing prop-tech company scaling rapidly across Saudi Arabia, where effective receivables management directly supports our growth.
