AR Accountant

For our Client, a well‑known international organization in the consumer electronics sector, we are looking for a person for the position of AR Accountant. This person will be responsible for managing customer receivables across international markets (6 countries), monitoring credit risk, and building relationships with clients and business partners.Position: AR AccountantLocation: Ożarów Mazowiecki (from early 2027 – Warsaw, Mokotów)Responsibilities:Managing the Accounts Receivable process for 6 countries. Ongoing contact with clients’ accounting and finance departments as well as client headquarters. Monitoring open receivables and analyzing clients’ credit exposure. Controlling credit limit utilization and identifying potential risks. Cooperating with receivables insurers regarding granting and increasing credit limits. Monitoring and enforcing overdue receivables. Preparing reports on receivables, overdue balances, and credit risk. Reconciling balances with clients and resolving discrepancies on accounts. Settling compensations and other forms of settlements with clients. Cooperating with sales, customer service, logistics, and finance departments to resolve payment‑related issues. Participation in month‑end closing and preparation of data for audits. Supporting processes that improve receivables management and enhance DSO indicators. Maintaining high‑quality data in ERP systems.Requirements:Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Credit Management. Very good command of English enabling daily business communication. Practical knowledge of SAP. Very good knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risk. Ability to independently conduct conversations with clients and negotiate payment terms. Accuracy, responsibility, and very good work organization.
