AR/ AP Analyst (100% remote!)

They’re bringing their billing work onshore, which means this person gets to OWN it – reporting directly to the Director of Finance, with a brand new CFO coming in who’s invested in building out the finance team.Plus, it’s 100% remote anywhere in the US and a true 40-hour role (!!!)This role is for someone who takes pride in follow-through and has no problem picking up the phone to collect. CRabon@skywatersearch.com | 952.767.9025Responsibilities Own customer invoicing and billing across a large subscription customer base Drive collections, including calling customers directly to follow up on past-due balances Manage accounts payable Respond to customer billing questions and resolve disputes Support light accounting tasks Assist with payroll, depending on experience Partner with the outgoing offshore team on a smooth transitionDesired Skills And Experience Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and/or billing Subscription or recurring revenue billing experience a plus Experience with Stripe, Bill.com, and/or Brex highly preferred Payroll experience (Gusto) a plus Confident and comfortable on the phone with customers Self-directed and responsive in a fully remote setting, with a strong sense of ownership
