Location: Lahore,Experience: 1+ YearJob Type: Full TimeAbout the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented AR - Era Denial Posting Specialist to join our Medical Billing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting ERAs, working denials, and following up to ensure maximum reimbursement and clean AR.Key ResponsibilitiesERA Posting: Download, post, and reconcile Electronic Remittance Advices in the billing system accurately and on timeDenial Management: Review denial codes, identify root causes, and post adjustments/write-offs as per payer guidelinesAR Follow-up: Work assigned AR buckets, call payers, and submit appeals/reconsiderations for denied claimsPayment Posting: Post insurance payments, patient payments, and secondary payments accuratelyReporting: Maintain daily productivity logs and denial trend reportsCompliance: Ensure HIPAA compliance and follow company SOPs for billing and collectionsCoordination: Work closely with Billing, Coding, and Client teams to resolve issuesRequired QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 year experience in US Medical Billing, specifically in ERA Posting & Denial ManagementKnowledge: Strong understanding of ERA/EOB, denial codes, CPT, ICD-10, and payer guidelinesSoftware: Hands-on experience with billing software like Kareo, DrChrono, Athena, Office Ally, or similarSkills: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skillsEducation: Bachelor’s preferred.
