AR Manager

Tippmann Affiliated Group in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to manage credit and collections activities.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior experience in credit/collections, along with an understanding of general bookkeeping and accounting principles.Job duties include:Review credit applications, using pre-established metrics to determine approvalProcess paymentsResponsible for professional collection efforts on past due accountsCommunicate effectively with accounting, sales and other departments as necessaryReview inbound and outbound purchase orders for accuracyRequired skills:Highly organized, efficient and self – drivenExcellent attendance recordWorking knowledge with Microsoft Office and general strong computer aptitudeAbility to type 35+ WPMPrior experience with establishing credit, collection efforts, and/or general A/R activityPositive attitude and a willingness to adjust to company and customer needsProfessional communication skills reflective of the companyUnderstanding of State and Federal collection lawsKnowledge of Salesforce and Navision is a plus but is not requiredTippmann Affiliated Group offers a comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision, short term and long term disabilities, 401k, paid vacation and paid holidays.
