AR/VR Developer

Role DescriptionWe are seeking an innovative and technically skilled AR/VR Developer to design, develop, and optimize immersive augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) applications and experiences. The role is responsible for creating interactive digital environments, implementing 3D experiences, and developing solutions that deliver engaging and high-performance user interactions. Responsibilities include designing AR/VR applications, integrating 3D models and interactive elements, optimizing performance across devices, debugging technical issues, and collaborating with designers, engineers, and product teams to deliver immersive solutions. The AR/VR Developer will contribute to application architecture, user experience improvements, prototype development, testing, and deployment while ensuring technical quality and usability. The position also involves evaluating emerging AR/VR technologies, improving development workflows, maintaining technical documentation, and applying best practices in software development, graphics programming, and immersive technology. The successful candidate will drive innovation by creating realistic, interactive, and scalable AR/VR experiences that support business objectives and enhance user engagement.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, Computer Graphics, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of AR/VR development concepts, 3D programming, interactive applications, and immersive technologies.Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, JavaScript, or similar languages.Experience with AR/VR development platforms and engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or equivalent tools.Knowledge of 3D mathematics, computer graphics, physics simulation, and real-time rendering concepts.Familiarity with 3D modeling tools, animation workflows, and digital asset integration.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Ability to design user-focused interactive experiences with attention to performance and usability.Excellent collaboration and communication skills with technical and creative teams.Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and learn new development frameworks.Commitment to innovation, quality, and delivering high-performance immersive experiences.
