Educators at Al Murooj work within an international framework that values high standards, inclusive practices, and continuous professional growth.Role Description The Arabic A Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality Arabic language lessons aligned with the British Curriculum and Cambridge standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing differentiated lesson plans, teaching Arabic language and literature, integrating Islamic values where appropriate, and supporting students’ language development across various ages and ability levels. The teacher will manage classroom behavior, track and report student progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum development and extracurricular activities. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with parents and guardians, participating in staff meetings and professional development, and contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Arab Emirates.Qualifications Strong foundation in Language Teaching and Teaching, with proven experience teaching Arabic in a school setting.Competence in Lesson Planning, including designing differentiated, engaging, and curriculum-aligned learning activities.Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and parents in a professional and respectful manner.Bachelor’s degree in Education Arabic Language,, or a related field; teaching qualification or license preferred.Experience with the British Curriculum and/or Cambridge International programs (IGCSE, AS, A Level) is an advantage.Ability to use educational technology for instruction, assessment, and record-keeping.Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered practices and ongoing professional development.Spouse Visa preferred.
