Client: Translation and Interpretation Services CompanyPosition: Arabic Interpreter (100% Work from Home)Language: Arabic- English- ArabicLocation: Work From Home (Based in Malaysia) Foreigners must relocate to MalaysiaJob Scope: Consecutive interpretation- Live conversation Doctor & Patient, Banker and client etc...Working Hours: 100% night shift that changes monthly. Entry points can be any hour from 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, 12am, 1am, 2am, 3am etc. (8 hours online per shift, 40 hours online per week MINIMUM)Monthly basic salary RM5100 Monthly internet allowance RM62.30Monthly housing allowance RM600 (for expatriate only) QualificationsExcellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracyAbility to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objectiveAbility to quickly establish personal credibilityAbility to follow client's instructions closelyAbility to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with the permission or at request of the clientB2CEFR English Level bilingual with Arabic languageAble to work from home on a permanent basisResponsibilitiesProvide language interpretation from one language to another for individual with language barrier to understand and communicate to each otherHandling telephone or video calls on demand and renders meaning of conversations in the consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of EnglishProcesses information quickly and concisely, recognizes sensitive cultural differences, and is always professional and courteousThe interpreter will use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices. The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
