A Reputed MNC is looking for Arabic Language ExpertJob Description / ResponsibilityMaintain effective communication with Arabic-speaking clients, and officials.Translate documents and written content between Arabic and English with high accuracy.Provide high-quality translation and interpretation support in Arabic, English, and Bangla.Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.Handle customer queries in person, via email, and over the phone.Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and guidance.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate communication.Respond to customer inquiries through face-to-face interactions, email, and other official communication channels.Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the system.Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally while following company policies.Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsCandidates with Arabic language certifications will receive preference.Skills Required: Teaching/ Training, Teamwork, Arabic Language, Arabic Interpreter, Language Translator, Customer Service, Customer SupportExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, University, Multinational Companies, Hotel, Airline, Group of CompaniesFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsExcellent spoken and Understanding in Arabic Language (mandatory).Excellent Translation and interpretation skills.Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office & Excel.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.SalaryTk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
