Applicants can expect to contribute to a mission-driven organization that values quality, community, and sustainable growth.Role Description: The Legal Advisor will provide comprehensive legal support for Amer Al Ghurair Real Estate Group’s operations, advising on real estate transactions, contracts, and regulatory compliance in Dubai and across the UAE. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, sales agreements, and service contracts, as well as preparing Arabic and bilingual legal documents to ensure accuracy and enforceability. The role involves conducting legal research, monitoring changes in real estate and corporate law, and coordinating with external counsel and government authorities when needed. The lawyer will also support dispute resolution, manage legal risks, and collaborate with internal teams such as sales, property management, and finance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Arabic law, with the ability to draft, review, and interpret legal documents in Arabic and English.Experience in real estate law, including property transactions, leasing, contracts, and land registration procedures in the UAE.Knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, and corporate laws, and familiarity with local regulatory and compliance requirements.Solid legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple matters simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; admission to practice law in the UAE or relevant jurisdiction is preferred.Prior experience in a real estate company, property developer, or corporate legal department in the region is an advantage.
