Arabic Project Lead(PMP)

Key Responsibility:Own the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies and critical path. Run weekly working governance and prepare executive status reporting. Maintain RAID, actions, decisions, changes, issues and dependency registers. Coordinate business, architecture, development, integration, data, security, QA and change workstreams. Manage customer approvals, acceptance gates and escalation timelines. Track resources, deliverables, documentation and readiness through go-live and transition.Required Experience:PMP or equivalent recognized project-management certification. Demonstrated delivery of enterprise digital transformation or systems-integration programs. Strong governance, planning, risk and stakeholder-management skills. Experience managing hybrid waterfall/agile delivery. Excellent English communication; Arabic exposure is advantageous.Preffered: UAE government delivery experience. Experience with Microsoft/Dynamics/Power Platform programs.
