Arabic-Speaking Associate – Dispute Resolution

Rubert & Partners is looking for an Arabic-speaking lawyer to join our growing Dispute Resolution practice.We are looking for a hands-on lawyer who can support our team across UAE litigation, commercial disputes, negotiations and legal drafting, working closely with our Managing Partner and dispute resolution team on active matters.The role will include:Assisting with commercial and civil disputes before UAE CourtsDrafting and reviewing legal memoranda, submissions, correspondence and settlement documentationReviewing Arabic court documents and evidence and providing clear summaries and recommendations in EnglishSupporting negotiations and settlement discussionsLiaising with local advocates, experts, clients and other stakeholdersLegal research and development of case strategySupporting arbitration and DIFC Court mattersManaging matters proactively and ensuring deadlines and next steps are followed throughWhat we are looking for:Qualified lawyer with relevant UAE dispute resolution experienceFluent Arabic and English are essential, including strong legal drafting skillsPractical experience with UAE Court proceedingsStrong analytical and legal research skillsCommercial and solution-oriented approach to disputesConfidence dealing directly with clients and counterpartiesExcellent organisation and follow-upAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider teamPrevious experience with DIFC Courts and/or arbitration would be a strong advantage.We are particularly interested in someone who does more than execute instructions: a lawyer who understands the objective of the matter, identifies issues, proposes next steps and helps move the case forward.If this sounds like you, please send your CV and a short introduction to maria@rubertpartners.com
