Arabic Speaking Customer Service Executive

We’re Hiring: Arabic Speaking Customer Service Executive (Shift-Based Role)Are you someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for an Arabic Speaking Customer Service Executive to be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients.This is a shift-based role (8am to 5pm OR 11am to 8pm), ideal for candidates with strong customer service experience who are confident, well-presented, and professional in handling clients.Key Responsibilities:• Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a positive, service-oriented attitude• Handle customer queries related to company services, applications, and documentation• Guide clients through online portals and basic processes• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests smoothly• Maintain accurate records of client interactions• Manage walk-ins, queues, and ensure a pleasant lobby experience• Handle escalations professionally and follow up until closure• Encourage client feedback and reviews after service completionWhat We’re Looking For:• Minimum 2 years of customer service / client-facing experience with administration background.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Comfortable working in a shift-based environment• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality• Basic computer skills and attention to detail• Arabic Speakers are a MUST• Experience in business setup / free zone / aviation/ hospitality/ service industry is a plus📩 Interested candidates can share their CV via LinkedIn.
