The role involves assessing financial situations, recommending repayment strategies, negotiating with creditors, and guiding clients toward improved financial health.

Banking Knowledge, Arabic Speakers Role Description
- Conducting financial assessments for clients, analyzing their debt obligations, and developing tailored repayment and restructuring plans.
- The counselor communicates with banks and financial institutions on behalf of clients to negotiate improved terms, consolidation options, and settlement proposals.
- Day-to-day tasks include providing one-on-one counseling, guiding clients in budgeting and cash flow management
- Offering practical coaching to help them reduce financial exposure and improve credit standing.
- The counselor must also maintains accurate records of client interactions, prepare documentation related to account closures and clearance certificates,
- Ensure timely follow-up to achieve satisfactory resolutions.Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of personal and business finance, including debt management, financial restructuring, and budgeting.
- Mandatory experience working with UAE banks and/or collection agencies.
- Familiarity with credit products and settlement processes.
- Excellent communication, listening, and counseling skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong Arabic speaking skills are mandatory.
- High level of empathy, professionalism, and discretion when working with clients experiencing financial stress and uncertainty.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial situations and design practical, tailored solutions.
- Organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate client records and preparing supporting materials for negotiations.

- Target-Oriented Performance ManagementSalary Range : 8000 AED Fixed + Incentiveنبذة عن الوظيفةنبحث عن مستشار لإدارة الديون لمساعدة العملاء في تحديد وتنفيذ الحلول المناسبة لإدارة ديونهم، بما في ذلك توحيد الديون وإعادة هيكلتها. تشمل المسؤوليات تقييم الوضع المالي للعملاء، ووضع استراتيجيات مناسبة للسداد، والتفاوض مع الدائنين، وتوجيه العملاء نحو تحسين أوضاعهم المالية.وصف الدور الوظيفي
- إجراء تقييمات مالية للعملاء وتحليل التزاماتهم وديونهم، ووضع خطط سداد وإعادة هيكلة مخصصة وفقاً لظروف كل عميل.
- التواصل مع البنوك والمؤسسات المالية نيابةً عن العملاء للتفاوض بشأن تحسين شروط السداد، وخيارات توحيد الديون، ومقترحات التسوية.
- تقديم الاستشارات الفردية للعملاء، وإرشادهم في إعداد الميزانيات وإدارة التدفقات النقدية.
- تقديم التوجيه العملي لمساعدة العملاء على تقليل أعبائهم المالية وتحسين سجلهم الائتماني.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لتفاعلات العملاء، وإعداد المستندات المتعلقة بإغلاق الحسابات والحصول على شهادات المخالصة وبراءات الذمة.
- ضمان المتابعة في الوقت المناسب مع العملاء والجهات المالية للوصول إلى حلول ونتائج مرضية.المتطلبات الأساسية
- معرفة قوية بالتمويل الشخصي وتمويل الأعمال، بما في ذلك إدارة الديون وإعادة الهيكلة وإعداد الميزانيات.
- خبرة إلزامية في التعامل مع البنوك و/أو شركات التحصيل في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- الإلمام بالمنتجات الائتمانية وإجراءات التسوية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والاستماع والاستشارات، مع القدرة على شرح المفاهيم المالية المعقدة بطريقة واضحة ومبسطة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً أمر إلزامي.
- إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثاً أمر إلزامي.
- مستوى عالٍ من التعاطف والمهنية والسرية عند التعامل مع العملاء الذين يواجهون ضغوطاً مالية وعدم استقرار مالي.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات لتقييم الأوضاع المالية وتصميم حلول عملية ومخصصة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتوثيقية قوية، بما في ذلك الحفاظ على سجلات العملاء بدقة وإعداد المستندات الداعمة لعمليات التفاوض.
