Short-Term Training Assignment | Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaAbout the OpportunityAs part of S Strategic Services’ capability development and advisory work, we design and deliver high-end training programmes that help our business partners strengthen service standards, guest experience, and frontline operational performance.For a project in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Hospitality Trainer to deliver practical, engaging training for Reception and Guest Transportation teams in Riyadh and Jeddah.This is a project-based training assignment, expected to take place between October and November 2026, with exact dates to be confirmed.Training ScopeThe programme is expected to consist of four one-week training blocks:Riyadh: 2 weeksJeddah: 2 weeksTraining will be highly practical and should translate luxury hospitality principles into behaviours that frontline employees can apply in their daily operations.Key areas will include service excellence, emotional intelligence, professional communication, guest engagement, cultural awareness, etiquette, discretion and privacy, service recovery, VIP/VVIP guest relations, professional conduct, and coordination across the guest journey.Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:Fluent/native-level Arabic and excellent professional EnglishStrong professional background in hospitality, luxury service, guest experience, or customer-facing operationsPrevious experience delivering training, facilitation, coaching, or learning programmesA practical and engaging facilitation style, with the ability to use role plays, scenarios, demonstrations, and real operational examplesStrong understanding of service standards, professional etiquette, communication, guest expectations, and service recoveryConfidence working with frontline employees from different backgrounds and levels of experienceAvailability to work on-site in Riyadh and JeddahAssignment Details
