Applicants join a professional environment focused on excellence, patient well-being, and continuous improvement.Role Description The Arabic-Speaking Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The receptionist will greet and assist patients in Arabic and English, manage front-desk operations, and ensure a welcoming and organized reception area. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating patient check-in and check-out, and handling basic administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. The role also involves responding to inquiries, guiding patients regarding clinic procedures, and collaborating with medical and administrative staff to support smooth clinic workflow. The receptionist is expected to maintain professionalism, protect patient confidentiality, and provide courteous, efficient service at all times.QualificationsStrong receptionist skills, including Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills for managing front-desk operations and records.Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, inquiries, and patient interactions in a clear and respectful manner.Demonstrated Customer Service skills for providing a welcoming, supportive experience to patients and visitors.Fluency in Arabic with good proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception setting is preferred.Ability to use basic computer systems, scheduling software, and office equipment efficiently.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in a fast-paced clinical environment.High school diploma or equivalent; further administrative or healthcare-related training is beneficial.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods and large events.
